We’ve put together a few helpful details to make your weekend smooth and stress-free.

Got Questions?
Arrival time depends on your lodging plans.
Camping & glamping guests may check in between 12:00PM – 3:00 PM.
Day guests may begin arriving at 4:30 PM.
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, weather permitting.
On-site parking will be available at Lost Hill Lake near the wedding venue. Camping & glamping guests should follow signage to their designated camping parking area. Hotel guests may either drive themselves or park at the Pinemark Inn and use the provided shuttle to travel to and from Lost Hill Lake.
Additional parking details will be shared closer to the celebration.
We’ll be outside on grass and uneven ground at Lost Hill Lake.
Saturday: Semi-formal — with as little or as much flair as you’d like. Think wedding attire that’s practical for outdoors and fits a festive celebration. Flowy dresses, bold prints, linen suits, jumpsuits, boots, loafers, cowboy boots — all great.
This is a celebration, not a black-tie event. Wear something you feel good in.
Skip the stilettos (they don’t pair well with grass).
September evenings can cool off, so bring a layer if you tend to get chilly.
After 11pm, the party moves lakeside with a DJ. If you want to swap into something more comfortable for dancing, go for it. If you’re camping, plan accordingly.
Sunday: Casual and easy.
Live music, yoga, tie-dye, games.
It’s a laid-back lakeside hang — bring swimwear and a towel if you plan to jump in.
Festive is welcome. Comfort is key.
While we adore your little ones and your fuzzy companions, this will be an adults-only and pet-free weekend.
Dinner and drinks will be provided Saturday evening during the main celebration.
Camping & glamping guests should bring coolers with their favorite refreshments. Drinking water and ice will be available at the campsite.
Food vendors will be available late Saturday night and Sunday morning. Additional Sunday vendors may be added depending on attendance.
As with any campout weekend, we recommend planning ahead and packing accordingly.
